Born and Raised Dallas MC’s/Producers Dorian, JayHawk, and Mel make up the hip-hop band The Outfit, TX. Fprming back in 2006 at the University of Houston, They returned back to Dallas and sine then have been working on their craft and perfecting their developed sound” Cooly Fooly Space Age Funk.” Their first official studio album, “Starships and Rockets: Cooly Fooly Space Age Funk The Album” was voted one of the “Best Underground Rap Tapes of 2012″ by Houston Press Magazine, receiving coverage from the likes of 2 Dopeboyz, Dallas’ Central Track, Fox Austin, Complex Magazine, and SPIN. MTV Hive calls them “The Best Rap Group You’re Not Talking About (Yet)”

Brandon Ford releases first single of 2014 “Everything on me”

Premiering last month on Deep Ellum’s Live From The underground, Dallas artist Brandon Ford Releases  his debut single off upcoming project “Lava Lamp$”  Dropping May 2nd. This new single has a some very nice production with great use of synths and kicking 808’s that we are very big fans of here and a catchy hook very single worthy. The Dj formally known as Internet Trap God, we first came across BeMyFriend last year when he had the crowd jumping at the Lil Debbie Concert at West End Event Center. He had great crowd reaction to his song selection and mixes and we cannot wait to see what he has in store come April 19th at Rageville. Daniel Deleon, a young artist with a great sound

K. Hall and Subtle Sound Music: No Genre, Just Music

DFW artist K. Hall (@_KhalilHall) and his label Subtle Sound music CO. backed by producers The Mellow Menace(@TheMellowMenace), and Hektic the producer(@Hej13)  have done a great job of covering many different styles of music in their singles staying true to there motto of making music that cant be classified in one single genre. His single above “Love Talk” has a very soulful feel with a old school sample but has a 90’s drum and bass beat that is accompanied by great rhymes from Hall, we are very impressed from Subtle Sound music and cant wait for his latest project to drop!
