With the comeback of the snapback hat being evident in our generation, Visionaries and Colleyville natives Christian Hohmann & Justin Ledford saw this trend coming from a mile a way and have capitalized in a big way by starting their own vintage hat and clothing company named “Snapsteez”. Ive had the chance of partying at Christians house plenty of times and when 214Today took place he was more than willing to sit down and answer a few questions about the company.
214: “So when was Snapsteez founded and by whom?”
Hohmann: ” Summer of 2010, by myself and Justin Ledford”
214:“How Did starting the company come about? (like were you just noticing a rise in the snapback trend and wanting to capitalize?)”
Hohmann: “Exactly. Had a few spots locally that had a bunch of stuff and wanted to capitalize on the opportunity. The rest happened organically.”
214: ” How many States/countries have you gotten orders from?”
Hohmann: ” Every continent besides Antarctica. We have many international orders every week.”
214: “Any back to school specials running?”
Hohmann: “We can collab on a fall/holiday special in the very near future!”
214: ” Have you worked with alot of Local companies from snapzteez?”
Hohmann: “We tend to keep it tight knit but we’ve done kixpo and multiple gaming tournaments across the metroplex.”
214: “Are there any other ventures coming from Snapzteez in the future?”
Hohmann: ” I’ve got some personal things i’m working on but we will always use snapsteez as vessel to deliver premium vintage clothing and headwear.”
